Join us for an informative 15 hour program focusing on wellness in pregnancy. Whether you are thinking about becoming pregnant, or you already are, learn to take a balanced approach to body, mind and spirit during pregnancy.
Some of the activities will include:
- Fitness components
- Discuss health lifestyle and nutrition choices
- Learn ways to identify and manage stress
- Information on community resources available during and after pregnancy
- Receive a complimentary pass to one of our selected fitness classes
The Prenatal Wellness program will be offered at the Kelowna Family Y.
