The majority of people who contact our agency are looking to improve their family life, to prevent escalation of existing problems, but many do not have the funds to access these services.
The “Bridging the Gap" Sponsorship Fund is a way for you to participate in helping members of the community, our neighbours, to build strong, healthy families and a vibrant community. Every dollar goes directly to the subsidy of services for families who require but are unable to access services due to funding issues.
This fund ensures that everyone who requires parent education or counselling services for their family receives the service regardless of economic status or financial capacity.
On Sept 11, 2009 TD Canada Trust in conjunction with Landmark Centre and the Tree of Hope, made a $20,000 donation to kick-off our "Bridging the Gap" Sponsorship Fund.
