I feel really proud to work at an organization that does such amazing work and employs such wonderful people
The sense of community within the workplace and the common goal of supporting our participants in the best and safest ways possible
The other employees. I am proud to be a team member with such professional and motivated individuals with various backgrounds and experiences.
Seeing participants do well: build skills, connect with others, tap into their authentic sides, work through their trauma, and believe in their resiliency
I like that we make an impact on people's lives. There have been countless times that clients have expressed immense gratitude for our help.
When we go over and above for the people we service. Coming up with creative solutions when our participants are experiencing barriers to their wellbeing in the community.
The fact that we are benefitting peoples lives in tangible, real ways. Often helping those who many would not help which I believe to be of the utmost importance.
